The hotel's location near the beach is really convenient, and there are plenty of outlets around. I also found it easy to find some good restaurants nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the service was great, and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could have been a bit better.

For me, the location was perfect as it was almost on the beach. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the cleanliness. There was no need to worry about parking, as it was not a problem in this city. I found it easy to find outlets, a relief.
Cannot find any fault.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was just off the beach in a mostly residential area. The staff were kind, Exceptionally helpful, and the room was spotless and totally up to date - easy to find outlets, wifi - perfect! Just perfect! Morning coffee on the balcony in the pine trees... Sea in one direction, hills in the other. And the neighbor's vegetable garden below. Wonderful way to start the day. The hotel restaurant was amazing! For dinner, they have a superb local menu with fresh everything. I had a clam pasta dish -- and did not have to fish for the clams. Breakfast buffet was typical for the region - not merely typical - with lots of variety. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help.
Getting away from Tortoreto by train can be a problem. The train station is not really a station - just a platform. The local "Visit Abruzzo" tourist office is tiny and the man was downright rude. I asked about train tickets (to Rome). He told me I could take a bus to the next town - after making me wait while he railed on someone to make changes to the region's Wikipedia page for 10 minutes. Hotel sent me to a convenience shop off a main square but they could only sell tickets to Pescara - not Rome. Nice guy though. He sent me to the "Travel Shop" with another rude fellow who said there was no train, only a bus. (Except I knew better having arrived on the train). The Trenitalia web site is useless for anything but schedules. Would not let me (or the hotel) actually book and pay for the ticket. Errors, errors - really bad site design. Finally, went back to the hotel and they arranged for someone to bring me a ticket - at the normal price. Should have bought my return ticket in advance.

The hotel was close to the beach which was great for a quick swim. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was pretty enjoyable, with a decent variety of dishes. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made our stay more comfortable.
The air conditioning was a bit tricky to handle, sometimes resulting in a chilly room. , the room was a little small for our taste.
